Terms and Conditions
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time is our in-house production time in which we produce and package your products. This time does not include shipping times.
DTF Transfer turnaround time 1-3 business days!
Screen Print/UVDTF turnaround time same day by 5PM or next business day. These must be ordered separately and cannot be combined with DTF made to order transfers.
Our turnaround time is for our production time and it is subject to change based on many variables. We will always keep you as updated as possible. Day 1 of turnaround time starts the next day after your order was placed. This will always be updated on the banner of our website with the current times. Things happen, and if and when they do, we will address any pending orders at that time. Printers do go down and sales do increase.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
All Ready to Ship (RTS) items must be ordered separately from any other items if you want them in the RTS window. If your RTS items are in an order with other items, it will be the turnaround time for the other items and the order will not be split to ship separately.
RUSH ORDERS
RUSH PRODUCTION CANNOT BE ADDED TO ANY PROMOTIONAL SALE ORDERS.
Orders that are rushed become top priority in production. If purchased by 7AM ET, the order will be printed that day. If purchased after 7AM, it will be printed next business day.
INCORRECT CUSTOM ORDERS
Your order must be 100% ready to print when it is submitted via the uploader, through our email or our Gang Sheet Builder. If it is not, we will cancel the order and supply a store credit for you to repurchase the artwork correctly. This cannot be returned back to your form of payment per the terms you agree to upon checkout.
BUSINESS DAYS
We work Monday-Friday business days, during daytime hours ET time. The weekends, major holidays, non-business days, are not included in your turnaround time.
SHIPPING
All items are dropped off or picked up within 24 business hours after fulfillment. If order is fulfilled after day shift hours, it will be collected the next business day.
All Sales are Final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
If your custom item is submitted and not correct, it will be cancelled for a store credit only.
Any requested cancellations that can be processed will be provided a store credit for the entire purchase price. They will not be refunded to the original payment as all sales are final.
Once an item is queued to print, we cannot stop processing for any reason. All orders are made to order and we cannot stop mid-production.
Shipping prices are based on the weight of your package. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Please know we do not work the weekends or any major holidays.
Damages
All damaged or order issues must be emailed to us within 5 days of receiving the product per the tracking. We will issue you a reprint or can provide a store credit.

After 5 days, we cannot honor a replacement or credit as it could be due to poor storage, humidity exposure or damage that was not due to shipping.
INCORRECT ADDRESS/PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
You are responsible for ensuring your address on your order is correct. If it is not, and your order is returned to us, you must pay to reship the package. It can take the USPS 5-10 Business Days to send your order back to us. If you contact your Local USPS immediately, you may be able to intercept and pick up locally.
LOST PACKAGES
Please contact USPS or UPS if your package is lost in transit or did not arrive at the address you provided. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivered. This would be a matter to take to the carrier service.
If a package is never received by USPS/UPS and never scanned, please let us know after 72 hours after shipping confirmation was sent to you. We can place a request for a new one to be printed.
Once a package HAS been scanned by USPS, we do follow the USPS policy of allowing 15 days if it shows "In Transit." Most packages do get moving and just need extra time.
We have no control of USPS and their shipping times. If you'd like to upgrade to UPS, there tends to be less issues with their processing.
